1976 $2 note miscut, misprinted, and accidentally silvered

This 1976 $2 note at first glance looks rough and nasty that's what I thought too but it's not and I'll explain. It's miscut, top and bottom. That's easy to see. Even easier to see is the misprinting, look how the signature is into the serial # and things are shifted down. Then there's the huge discoloration it looks like something was spilled on the bill, however under a micro scope you can see silver flakes in the areas of discoloration. In my opinion this bill was sat in hot silver flakes at the mint and that caused the bill to scorched. Check it out for yourself.
