5 baseball 101 brand shorts. 3 Youth Large + 2 Youth XL - son wore them all interchangeably at same time so sizing must not be much different between the 2. Boys are such a wide variety of sizes at this age so I’d count on the measurements and not the age notation. I did throw size chart in pictures.
If you have a baseball kiddo you know these are THE BEST. The kids love them, their quality is solid, and they are super fun.
There’s still a lot of life left in these. The elastic on the waistbands are still very much elastic. They have been loved by a boy so here are some minor wear and tear things you should know: there’s about a 5 inch run down the back of the stars shorts. Picture a very fine white line. There’s a few stains on the back of the plain blue ones. The mesh ones seemed to have held up better. They’re all $50/each so I’m glad they did (See photos for wear and tear)
