These are DIANA ivory pointed-toe high heels.
My wife bought them last year from a major secondhand store. She says she wore them only once.
Overall, they are in beautiful condition with no stains or creases. However, there are small holes on the back of both shoes where the store's price tags were attached. Please see photos 17, 19, and 20 for details. The hole sizes are approximately: 1 mm on the left shoe and 1 mm and 0.5 mm on the right shoe (measurements are approximate and taken by an amateur).
Photo 18 shows the shoes from approximately 30 centimeters away.
I believe the holes are hardly noticeable when worn.
