Irish made sterling brooch representing a Celtic torc (neck ornament), nicely boxed. I have not been able to find a legible sterling hallmark, but I believe there may be one at the very top of the back. It’s just too small and indistinct to make out. But the box describes it as sterling and it does have that appearance.
