Regarding the outer box, it is an old item, so there are some minor scratches and stains.
Other included items are in relatively good condition with little wear.
Regarding the figure, I don't think it has been opened, but there is dirt and dust on the tape. Also, I think dust and dirt may have entered from the gaps.
