This item is an official mini figure of Light Yagami, the main protagonist of the anime / manga, Death Note!
This is from the Nendoroid Petit Death Note Case File #02 collection, sold only in Japan. This has Light... uh... with his shirt off. Really giving that Jesus across the cross look? :D
The figure is small, a little over 2.5 inches in height.
The figure is in good condition with no major damage, but there are two small flaws:
Tiny paint flecks on the backside of his hair(photo 4)
The clear plastic base he stands on is lightly discolored
