Quality made pair of loafers by Orvis in size men's 8. This is an example of some very high quality footwear. I have no way to confirm, but for years, Orvis had their clothing line made in the UK and other parts of Europe.
The shoes are still ridged and solid and not weak or floppy, The interior is very well preserved and not worn or misshaped. Leather soles exhibit sound intact stitching. There are no cuts or cracks in the leather, not even a worn spot on the driving heel.
I could not determine a size and have an image of what is stamped on the inside. There is no official size to confirm, but I wear a size men's 8 in D width and these fit perfect. To help, I have measured the sole and from heel to toe, is 11 long and is 4 at the widest point.
