This beautiful piece is hand-drawn and burned into an unfinished beech tray. I prep the wood before burning, apply heat and some love, and boom! you've got a striking tray you will love forever. This tray measures approx 8x5 inches and is about 1 inch tall.
This board is finished with a strong, scratch and water resistant (but not water or scratch proof) polyurethane coat. If you intend to use this more regularly as a cutting board and not a cheese or display board I would suggest a different finish. The poly coat will hold up very well to occasional knife use but not to every day wear. Wash with hot soapy water and dry immediately. Not safe for dishwasher or microwave.
