It’s missing the small sock for the right foot. This was heavily used by our son who has respiratory issues and skin so there is some discoloration but I’ve cleaned and sanitized everything. This is the Dream sock that’s been FDA cleared. You use it with the Owlet Dream app. It saved our sons life countless times, let me tell you. I love this thing and I’m sad he had out grown it.
