OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Set up the sheet metal hole cutter into the drill. Position the pilot drill bit where the hole must be cut. Make sure that the hole saw is at 90° to the plane where the hole is being cut. Start off slowly and gradually increase the rotation speed. Use gentle, consistent pressure to produce smooth, reamed holes. It is important to control the pressure throughout to avoid premature breaking of the carbide tipped blades. For continuous cutting, do not forget to use plenty of cutting fluid.
