High-grade Direct Edition of Spider-Man #1 (August 1, 1990) featuring "Torment" Part 1. Hand-signed by Todd McFarlane in Gold Metallic Ink on the right knee. Includes the authentic Red Webbing Stamp on the back cover from McFarlane’s "The Spider’s Web" shop.
CONDITION: Inspected under a flashlight. Spine is tight with 4 micro-ticks (no color break). Top/bottom spine blunting and a small (<1/4") dent on bottom-left corner. Outer edges are sharp. Back cover has the red stamp and two faint, non-color-breaking bends (top-left/bottom-right). High gloss surface with no major scuffs or handling lines.
