Vintage Levis 595 w30 l30 jeans

Levis jeans in style 595 W 30 L 30 Please see pictures for measurements. I'm not sure where they get the leg 30 as the measurements I've taken aren't 30 anywhere?? I tried them on and they won't go near me but from what I managed to get on they look like they're ankle grazers. They're made in Poland and the back of the button has the 273 stamp to correspond to the polish manufacturer. There is some stitching that's come undone on the back right pocket where the red levis tag is. Please see pictures for more details. I honestly don't know if they're men's or women's but I'd say they can be unisex but for a shorter leg length.
