Important Condition Note:
The display and touch functions work perfectly when the unit is plugged in. However, the internal backup battery does not hold a charge. If you want the system to remain powered during power surges or outages, you will need to install a replacement battery (widely available online for $15–$25; Part # 10-600013-001).
This is a complete hardware set—just swap in a battery if backup power is needed, and you're good to go!
