A slightly sad, bittersweet romantic comedy woven around a "foreign student" and a "ghost living in a room."

Aemin, a young man from Myanmar, admires and loves Japanese manga, and dreams of studying manga in Japan. He begins looking for an apartment with his limited student funds, but is surprised by the high rent in Japan...
In the midst of this, he finds a bargain property and decides immediately, but the old apartment, about 40 years old, is surrounded by quirky residents with their own secrets.
And above all, in Aemin's room, there's a pale-skinned, black-haired ghost (Rei)! ! With no other choice, Aemin begins living with the ghost...
